Paris IX - The Food & The Gatal

Generally food and beverage in Paris are quite expensive, and giving me an impression that even London is cheaper. A cup of coffee in tourist area is about 4 euros and a meal can easily cost more than 15 euros per person.

Meet up with Charles at Bastille on the third day in Paris after visiting The Louvre. He progressed fast within a year and nearly proved that what Malaysia women want is angmoh. Anyway it's always good to meet up with old friend in a foreign country.

We went to Cafe de l'Industrie which I read about it before in some travel guide books. The interior decoration is quite unique and nice.

Charles recommended this for me, I thought it's some sort of animal penis initially. I forgot what it's called anyway and it's actually made from mixed animal organs.

Steph ordered the duck leg. I think it was the best meal we had in our 4 days visit. The price ewas quite reasonable at about 10 euros for the main course. I will definitely come again next time I visit Paris.

Tandoori Chicken

It has been very long since my last posting, been taking and editing photos but not really a lot of presentable photos so far...

Helped Justin, Ivan and Christiano when they were moving to Warren St 2 months ago. After the tiring day we went to this Indian restaurant near Warren St, recommended by Christiano.

We ordered nasi beriyani, naan, some daal, mutton, simple but very nice indeed, and...

I had the best Tandoori chicken ever, well done but the juiciness is well remained in it, unlike most others which are rather dryish. It's absolutely brilliant. Will definitely visit the place again, and remember its name.

Craving for Nasi Lemak

I seriously miss the chinese nasi lemak behind ho cheng yun flats in KL. During my december trip back in KL, we only able to make it there once even though it is just a stone throw away from my house. This is the place that tells you why my gf gained so much weight when I was around. You can order nasi lemak with various dishes - curry chicken, long beans, fried or boiled eggs, kacang, ikan bilis and sambal of coz, and they have my favourite gizzard as well! I am so so so hungry thinking about it...
